My name is Quinn, and I’m a creative and design leader with a background spanning graphic design, UX, digital and marketing. I enjoy bringing creative thinking and strategic problem-solving together to create meaningful, user-centred work that delivers real impact.
My background in both creative and UX design allows me to look beyond how things look, considering how they work, how people interact with them and how design can improve the overall customer experience.
I also enjoy building and leading strong design teams. I believe in mentoring and supporting designers, helping them grow their skills and confidence while creating an environment where people feel encouraged to share ideas, challenge thinking and do their best work.
For me, great design is about finding the right balance between creativity, functionality and purpose.
